July 7-10, 2011
Business meetings and worship services will be held at the Sports Development Complex (SDC) on the campus of Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan. The Apostolic Lutheran churches of the Copper Country have joined together to host the convention and meetings.The opening service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church in Hancock, Michigan, Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM. Services will continue Thursday, July 7th through Sunday, July 10th at the Michigan Tech University campus.
It is recommended that lodging arrangements be made as soon as possible as this is a busy time of year in our area. College dorms and private homes will also be available. We also have three campgrounds for anyone traveling with an RV/Camper. Self-contained RV/Campers can also utilize the university parking lot; shower facilities will be available.
